A Chartered Accountant by profession, a teacher by passion and a student for life, I am on the journey to discover myself.  I believe that not swords but a pen can help us conquer the world and not hatred but love can help us rule the hearts.

For me a day spent reading and writing is not just a day passed but a day lived well… After reading something you are wiser than you were before you started to read… And so the scope to learn is infinity and beyond. Through this blog, I just want to put my thoughts (howsoever strange or common or ghostly or pleasing), express my emotions into words and verses.

I am a contributing poet/author in the anthologies titled, “Shades of Life I & II”, “Once Best Friends”, “Frozen Emotions”, “From the Closet of the Heart”, ” Knitted Narratives”, “Cocktail of Emotions”, “Hall of Poets”, among others. I have also been a part of an online magazine, “Writer’s Ezine” and have been featured in the World’s First Book on Haiku Poetry. Being passionate about reading and writing, I am now a reading writer.

Apart from reading and writing, I am fond of clicking and getting clicked, though I am not that good at that, but still I feel Photographs are a way to visit your past and sometimes it boosts you up and keeps you moving, so I keep clicking. I like to explore new places and meet new people, talk to them, know about them, their culture, their tradition and their way of living. Probably this is why my friends find me too friendly or say too conversational.

A heartfelt ‘Thanks’ to all my readers who bothered to take out time to read what my heart had to pour.  Any suggestions and feedback are anticipated and shall be appreciated.
